New Patient Consultation Deposit

• A scheduling fee of $300 is required to hold your new patient consultation. This deposit will be applied to the new patient consultation fee of $650 at the time of the consultation.
    
• PLEASE NOTE:  This is a NON-REFUNDABLE fee with no exceptions.
  
  
• You may reschedule your appointment one time, if you contact us within 72 hours of the original consultation without losing your deposit.

Level II Follow Up Consultation Fee

• For clients who have completed an Initial Consultation package with their pet, but need additional help.
